WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY ON APPOINTMENTS?

Appointments must be cancelled 12 hours in advance. For appointments cancelled within 12 hours, there is a $20 fee. All no shows will be charged the full price of your appointment.

WHAT IS YOUR LATE POLICY ON APPOINTMENTS?

We allow a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you show up more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we can offer you a dry express style (no wash), or we can reschedule you for a blowout at another date and time.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR A BRAID?

BRAIDS are $10 extra on most styles.

If you would like to get a blowout BEFORE a braid, you can schedule a Blowout & Braid ($55).

If you would like a braid on dry hair, you can make an appointment for Express Styling ($35).

HOW LONG DOES A BLOWOUT TAKE?

An appointment for The Blowout takes approximately 45 minutes. NOTE: If you have extensions or extra thick/long hair please let us know so that we can make sure to give you additional time if needed.

WHAT IF I HAVE BONDED HAIR EXTENSIONS?

All Stylists have completed DREAMDRY ACADEMY and have learned how to handle bonded extensions with care. However, DREAMDRY is not responsible for damaged or loose extensions as a result of a service at any of our locations..

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON PRODUCTS?

Customers are welcome to return new, unused products within 2 weeks of purchase. Used products cannot be returned.

WHAT PERKS DO I GET FROM RENTING THE VIP ROOM VS. SIMPLY BOOKING APPOINTMENTS ON THE MAIN FLOOR?

By booking a private event in the VIP room, you receive at least four stylists’ undivided attention for the hour, in a private room, as well as champagne. You may also bring in catering, decorations, or other party props. Please contact Phylicia@dreamdry.com for booking inquiries.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE ORIBE TREATMENT AND KERASTASE FUSIO-DOSE AND HOW LONG DO THEY TAKE?

Both treatments are nourishing, reparative treatments serviced at the same time as your wash.

The Oribe treatment is a masque and adds 10 minutes to your appointment time and can be booked online as a package with any blowout.

The Kerastase Fusio-Dose treatment is INSTANT and customized on site for your hair type. This does not add any time to your appointment and can be added day of service.

WHAT ARE REWARD POINTS AND HOW DO I REDEEM?

Reward points allow you to earn a point for every dollar you spend at DreamDry. You can earn additional points for filling out surveys, referring friends, and through other promotional opportunities. Point redemption is in salon only.

200 Points: 1 Oribe treatment
300 Points: 1 Dry Style
500 Points: 1 Full Service Blowout
1,000 Points: 2 Oribe Products of your choice (up to $120.00 value)
5,000 Points: Private champagne party (up to 4 people) in our VIP Room
