I can't say enough good things about DreamDry! I visit every week, and Jaloni never fails to work her magic on my hair. She has an incredible eye for detail and always knows exactly how to give me the perfect look, whether I want a sleek, polished style or voluminous, bouncy waves. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she also makes every appointment feel like a treat with her warm and friendly personality. Dream Dry is an amazing salon. Extremely clean and the staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable. If you go, ask for Izra for any cuts, colorings, etc. He will take care of you!
Service was great Chastity got me in and out quickly. I have been going to this location for years no issues. My booking was through classpass. After checking my booking, front desk lady on 02/07/2025 told me they dont like classpass bookings on weekends. After my service, I got in line to ask her if they don’t like classpass bookings why dont they just block their calendar on those days? She was assisting someone else when she saw me waiting she told me I can leave. What happened to do you need anything ? I told her I am waiting because I have a question. When my turn came I asked her why dont you block your calendar on weekends so classpass members cant book it since you dont like us to book on weekends. She replied that she never told me that… So i made up what I heard from her? Her attitude was dismissive, made me feel uncomfortable. If you have a problem with clients booking through classpass, get off that platform.
This is an amazing place to come get your hair done. I’ve been three times and I’m always with great stylists. The atmosphere is really nice and they offer an extended range of services compared to Blo Bar locations. I decided to come here to maintain my hair extensions and have been loving it so far.
Bought a 10 pack as it was a good deal. Should have tested out their services before I bought a 10 pack. Went 4 times. 1st time my hair fell flat within a few hours. I still had some curls near the scalp of my hair under underneath and my scalp itched about 20 minutes after leaving there. Went back to give the girl a second chance, but hair fell flat again. Third time tried a new stylist and hair fell flat again tried her again. The fourth time she sprayed water in my face. I told her she was getting my face wet and she just gave me a towel instead of not spraying my face. I told her that my curls fell out so she sprayed them really good before I left, but my hair was frizzy and now my hair is frizzy and stuck with hairspray. My normal hairstylist always does such a great job on my hair. I don’t understand why dream dry couldn’t get it right. I thought I gave them enough chances so I decided to email them. Was told to email Maria. Whoever Maria is never responded back to me. I had to text the shop again and was told that Maria got my email and she was in meetings and she will get back to me when she has a chance. It has been five days. I guess I wasn’t that important. Don’t waste your money. The stylist are not trained there and management doesn’t care enough to take care of their customers.
Loved my blow out with Hunter today! She always makes my hair look amazing! I know the blow out will last me a few days too, which is great! I highly recommend visiting her or another talented stylist at Dream Dry!
I’ve been going to DreamDry for over one year. Everyone is nice and the customer service is amazing, the environment is very welcoming. I’ve been going to my stylist Brianna since day one and she did a whole 180 on my hair. I had color damage, heat damage and split ends (maybe more issues) when I first started and now my hair is healthy, got some hang time (still growing), and has a natural shine to it. Bri has helped me take the necessary steps in taking care of my hair during my journey and how to maintain once it got healthy. I’m so excited to continue my hair journey with Bri and get my length back to how it was in my earlier years and continue getting compliments from everyone about how gorgeous my hair is 🙂 thanks Bri you’re amazing.Red hair is how I came in 9/2022, black hair from 9/2023 to 1/2024
