DreamDry (“DreamDry”) collects information from you and your computer in an effort to: improve your experience on our site; improve our site, products and services; and/or communicate with you about our products, services, contests, promotions and specials.

DreamDry may combine information collected from you with demographic and other information that is publicly available or that we obtain from third parties. DreamDry may use this combined information for the purposes described above.
Your personal and contact information is stored on servers located in the United States. Though we and our service providers use multiple technologies and tools to protect your personal and contact information against unauthorized disclosure and use, no method of securing data is foolproof or completely effective, and third parties may unlawfully access or intercept data transmissions, communications or stored data, and may unlawfully use the data. Use of Third Parties
DreamDry may contract with unaffiliated third parties to: assist us in providing our products and services to you; assist in maintaining and managing customer information and appointments to provide customer and internet services; take and fulfill orders; conduct promotions and surveys; or communicate with you and our other customers. These companies are contractually-restricted from using your information other than to help us as described above, though they may use the information in aggregated (non-identifiable to you) form or in manners that you authorize. DreamDry does not authorize any unaffiliated third party to make any use of your information other than as noted in this policy.

Beginning January 1, 2005, under California law, if you are a resident of California, you may make a written request to DreamDry about how we have shared your personal customer information with select third parties for their direct marketing purposes. In response to your written request, DreamDry will identify the categories of information shared and will include a list of the third parties and affiliates with which it was shared, along with their names and address. DreamDry does not collect any personal information from anyone who we know to be under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under the age of thirteen (13), you may use this web site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian and should not submit any personal information to us.
