WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY ON APPOINTMENTS?
We require a 12-hour notice for cancellation. By providing us with your credit card information, you agree to accept a cancellation fee of half the price of the serviced booked if you cancel within 12-hours of your appointment start time. If you no-show your appointment, you will be charged the full price of your appointment.
We allow a 5-minute grace period for appointments. If you show up more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, we can try to accommodate you for a dry express style (no wash), or we can reschedule you for a blowout at another date and time.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON PRODUCTS?
We do not accept returns.
